returns, exchanges, or cancellations:
DUE TO COVID-19, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
hihi'o will not be accepting any exchanges, returns, or cancellations at this time to ensure the safety of our 'ohana and yours.
the below return, exchange, cancellation policy is inactive until further notice. all sales are final at this time, until stated otherwise.
if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, i would be happy to assist you! please contact me directly via email: aloha@shophihio.com, include your order number for quicker processing. once approved, you will then receive a return shipping label.
for any returns or exchanges, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order. anything after 30 days, will be considered final sale. you can return your product for a refund to the original payment method. to qualify for a refund, the returned items should not have any visible signs of wear or use. any marked items that are permanently discounted will be final sale. exchanges will be accepted on a case by case basis, depending if thereʻs available inventory or on the status of incoming product. if an exchange cannot be made, you will be refunded in store credit. to avoid this situation, please check any size charting or measurements included in the product description. if you are in doubt, we highly recommend sizing up to ensure a fit.
if you would like to cancel your order, please do so immediately. once i process and package your order, no cancellations will be accepted.
payment:
orders will not be processed until payment is complete, hihi'o accepts all major credit cards and paypal.
shipping:
current processing time is three to five business days, excluding holidays.
if a product is on preorder, please see the individual product listing for more information on when you can expect your order to be fulfilled and/or delivered.
once marked shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. before ordering, please confirm that your address is correct; as it could delay overall completion. if your address is incorrect, hihi'o is not responsible for additional shipping fees. once your package is dropped off at usps, it is out of my control. therefore, hihi'o is not responsible for any damages caused during transit. orders will not be considered lost until 30 calendar days have passed for domestic or six weeks for international deliveries. keep in mind, hihi'o is not responsible for any international customs charges/fees that may occur.
